Objective:To develop a method for the determination of Bumetanide in Bumetanide Tablets. Methods:An HPLC method was used with column Agilent (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm);The mobile phase was a mixture of 0.05 mol/L Potassium dihydrogen phosphate(pH to 3.0±0.5 by Phosphoric acid)-acetonitrile (50∶50)with the detection wavelength at 267 nm. Results:The precision and stability were fine.The linear correlations of Bumetanide were observed over the concetrations 20~60 μg/ml(r=0.999 4)respectively.The average recoveries of Bumetanide were 99.75% respectively.RSD were 0.87%.The resolution between the respective peaks of Bumetanide and the other peaks conformed to the requirements. Conclusion:The method was convenient and reproducible for the assay of Bumetanide in Bumetanide Tablets.
