Optimization of fermentation conditions of extracellular polysaccharides fromEndo Gin Ya6

Extracellular polysaccharides fromEndo Gin Ya6 was similar to that fromGinkgo biloba L.in functional properties.In this paper,the yield of extracellular polysaccharides was estimated and the culture condition of extracellular polysaccharides from Endo Gin Ya6 was optimized by orthogonal experiment.The optimal culture condition for extracellular polysaccharides production were:sucrose12%,yeast extract 0.8%,NaCl 0.5%,K2HPO40.1%,KCl 0.1% at pH 7.5and 200r/min,28 ℃for 36 h.The highest yield of extracellular polysaccharides of Endo Gin Ya6 was 10.265g/L
