Dilemma: the Inevitable Problems in the Developing History of the Higher Education in China

Not long after the founding of the People's Republic of China, higher education began to face a dilemma. But simplified methods and strategies were given, which exerted a negative influence on higher education in China. The developed European countries also faced the dilemma in the developing history of their higher education. But for the sake of utilitariansm, people paid attention to one aspect while neglected the other aspect. The negative influence makes people have to think about the dilemma again.
