Progress and Prospect of 3R Processing Technology of Anthraquinone Dye Wastewater

A review is given of the reduction synthesis process of anthraquinone acid, disperse and reactive dyes and their intermediates, including 1-aminoanthraquinone solvent α-nitration, bromamine acid and 1,4-dihydroxy anthraquinone, CI Acid Blue 45, Disperse Blue 73. And meanwhile efficient processing of the wastewater of anthraquinone dyes and their intermediates is reviewed. Technological prospect of clean production and recycling economy of anthraquinone dyes is brought forward.
