THE PLANNING CONTROL OF NON-URBAN DEVELOPMENT LAND

The paper analyzes general situation of Xiameng's non-urban development land, discusses the external and intrinsic factors affecting the evolution of non-urban development land. Referring to overseas planning theories and practice, the paper analyzes different categories of Xiameng's non-urban development land and proposes compulsory elements of the planning control over non-urban development land, and, suggestions on using non-urban development land.
