Clinical analysis of 43 cases of laparoscopic myomectomy

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods 86 cases with uterine myoma in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 years were randomly divided into open uterine myomectomy group(control group) and laparoscopic myomectomy group(observation group),43 cases in each group,observed the clinical curative effect of patients in two groups.Results The amount of intraoperative bleeding,postoperative anal exhaust time and length of hospital stay of patients in observation group were lower than that in control group,the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P0.05),while the difference of operation time between two groups was not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Taking laparoscopic myomectomy has good clinical curative effect,and has small operation wound,patients recover quickly,it is worthy of further clinical using.
