Simultaneous Determination of Cu~(2+)、Pb~(2+)、Hg~(2+) and Cd~(2+) by PCR-Spectrophotometry

Principal component regression(PCR) technique was applied to determination of four toxic heavy metal ions in water with dithizone spectrophotometry.The sensitivity and the stability of the metal ions-dithizone system was great improved in the presence of β-cyclodextrin and the non ionize surfactant triton X-100.With the present PCR technique,concentration of Cu 2+,Pb 2+,Hg 2+ and Cd 2+ could be simultaneously determined in the presence of interference metal ions.No pre-separation and extraction of the coexist ions was needed.
