CHOLEDOCHOJEJUNOSTOMY USING TUBULAR ANASTOMAT IN PANCREATICODUODENECTOMY

Objective To investigate the validity of choledochojejunostomy performed with tubular anastomat in pancreaticoduodenectomy.Methods Twenty-five clinic cases from May 2005 to March 2010 of choledochojejunostomy using tubular anastomat in pancreaticoduodenectomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results Completing a choledochojejunostomy using tubular anastomat spent 5～10 minutes and no biliary fistula occurred in all 25 cases post operation.Conclusion Tubular anastomat can be safely used in choledochojejunostomy and is easy to opertate if common biliary tract dilates enough in pancreaticoduodenectomy case.
