Determination of the Content of Polysaccharide in Polysaccharide of Kiwifruit by Phenol Sulfunic acid method

OBJECTIVE To established an analysis method for the determination of the content of polysaccharides from polysaccharide of Kiwifruit.MEHTODS Use the method of phenol-sulfuric acid.RESULTS There was a good linear relationship in wavelength 490 nm,r=0.9997,linear rang is 0～0.1mg·mL-1,RSD=2.65%.CONCLUSION This method is repeatable,accurate and simple.It can be used as determination of the content of polysaccharide in the Kiwifruit polysaccharide injection.
