摘要
The microcosmic morphology of famous liquor products in China was observed and analyzed by DFM(Dynamic Force Mode) scan-ning.The similar-circular colloid particles of different size were found by DFM analysis of the stickiness state of atmospheric drying liquor.The liquor of different alcoholity and of different varieties had different average particle diameter.In addition,3D surface mophology analysis showed that the colloid particle distance distribution was relatively uniform and no needle-like salient presented which belonged to typical colloid particle morphology.Finally,the particle diameter distribution range of liquor of different varieties was obtained by average diameter analysis software.
