摘要
ABSTRACT Panvascular disease (PVD) is a systemic manifestation of atherosclerosis involving multiple vascular beds, such as coronary, cerebral, peripheral, and renal arteries. It is increasingly recognized as a high‐risk condition due to the synergistic burden of multibed involvement. Despite growing awareness, clinical care and research remain fragmented. This article explores PVD from epidemiologic, pathophysiologic, diagnostic, and therapeutic perspectives and proposes a structured framework to guide future innovation and integration. We introduce the PANVD strategy, identifying five core opportunities to advance systemic care: personalized risk stratification and biomarkers, AI‐driven digital health tools, networked multispecialty care teams, vascular technology translation across arterial beds, and data‐driven population strategies and registries. Together, these interconnected priorities offer a roadmap for transforming panvascular care from reactive and siloed to proactive, precise, and patient‐centered.
