Exploration of Students' Mental Health Education Model Based on the Perspective of Family-School Co-education

Students' mental health education is very important for individual growth. The family-school co-education provides a new perspective for students' mental health development. School and family is the main environment of students' study and life, and both school education and family education have an important impact on students' healthy growth. Carrying out family-school co-education and forming the joint implementation of mental health education by family and school will help students improve their psychological state, eliminate bad emotions and cultivate good personality. This paper will start with the connotation of mental health education, discuss the significance of family-school co-education for students' mental health growth, analyze the existing problems in the current family-school co-education, and put forward relevant strategies, we hope to provide reference for related work.
