An Improved PMF-FFT Fast Acquisition Algorithm for DSSS Signal Based on Approximate Kernel FFT

In order to solve the problem that the parallel acquisition of direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) signal requiring a high amount of computation when there is Doppler frequency offset, this paper uses the approximate kernel FFT to replace the FFT operation of PMF-FFT acquisition algorithm, simplifies the complex multiplication method into addition and subtraction operation. And it can greatly reduce the amount of computation, and the simulation show that the acquisition performance of this improved algorithm is comparable to that of the PMF-FFT algorithm.
