Fungi samples from marine water of 10 m depth in Luju River at both high and low tides were concentrated and enriched through filter-membrane,whereas the bottom-mud sample was diluted to 10-3 as a suspension for the further isolation of fungi. The single colony of the isolates was obtained by striking separately the spores on the plate.7 distinct strains were elected and numbered as to BH01-07.Extensive identification was performed and the isolates were defined to as follows: 2 kinds of the 7 distinct strains refered to as Trichoderma Pers.ex Fr.;3 of them were grouped into Penicillium Link;the other two belonged to genus Aspergillus Micheli. The fungal distribution in Luju River area was classified,in which the Penicillium rugulosum sp.and the Aspergillus ochraceus Wilh.found in Bohai-Sea were firstly reported.
