A Simple and Efficient Method for the N -Nitrosation of Secondary Amines with NaNO 2 –Ac 2 O Under Mild Conditions

Secondary amines can be easily converted into their corresponding nitroso derivations using NaNO 2 –Ac 2 O as a nitrosating agent in dichloromethane at room temperature with high yields.
