摘要
Metal halide perovskites have attracted significant interest in recent years due to their numerous advantages such as high photoluminescence quantum efficiency, high color purity, wide color gamut, low manufacturing cost, and excellent solution processability. The metal halide perovskites have shown great application potential in solid-state lighting and flat panel displays. A brief introduction is provided in Section . Subsequently, bandgap engineering for the wavelength-tunable PeLEDs is presented in Section. Low-dimensionality perovskite LEDs and perovskite nanocrystal-based LEDs are discussed in Sections and , respectively. A fundamental device engineering strategy for high-performance perovskite LEDs diodes is introduced in Section . We hope this chapter will serve its purpose and offer a helpful tool for both current and future participants in the research field of perovskite LEDs and will reinforce a feeling of an interdisciplinary community.
