Determinants of the Adaptation of Young Specialists in the Organization

The article provides a semantic analysis of the category of adaptation, analyzes the main stages of adaptation and the determinants of the adaptation process of young professionals, also developed indicators for assessing the effectiveness of adaptation and recommendations for improving the processes of their adaptation. The proposed indicators can be used in managing the adaptation of young professionals in the organization, as well as methodologies for evaluating the effectiveness of this process. It is the use of the potential of young specialists that is the main factor in the competitiveness of an organization in the modern period of intensive development of the Russian economy.
