Progress in study of protein secondary structure and denaturized protein by FTIR

Study of structure of protein is one of research hotspots.Protein secondary structure will make change with protein denaturation,which leads to losing of bioactivity of protein.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)has important position in research of structure of protein due to its superiotity.The paper reviews the analytical methods and the spectroscopic features of Study in protein secondary structure and denaturized protein by FTIR.
