Feature and Application of Copper Tube Shielded and Insulated Busbar

In the large sized power transformation and distribution facilities,copper tube shielded and insulated busbar is gradually replacing the rectangular busbar as the connecting conductor between the secondary side of the main transformer and the distribution facility.The construction of the copper tube shielded and insulated busbar and its main components are introduced,and electric property and features of the copper tube shielded and insulated busbar and its electrical evaluation criteria is outlined.Taking the use of the copper tube shielded and insulated busbar in this company as an example,some problems that need attention during the installation and operation are pointed out.
