Well Completion Technique Application of Viscous Oil Well in Liaohe Oilfield

Because of the speciality of viscous oil producing method and very complex geological conditions in Liaohe oil region, special well completion techniques are needed. Thus a study is performed on the completion method for viscous oil production in Liaohe Oilfield, the fundamental principles of perforation, completion, sand control completion and completion of external pipe plugging and their advantages, shortcomings and the application tools are discussed.
