Presently most studies focusing on pyrethiod pesticides in milk have a common problem that sample processing is complicated,time-consuming and not suitable for large amounts of sample pre-treatment.It’s very necessary to establish a rapid,simple,efficient and environmentally friendly method.In this study,the new QuEChERS method was chosen for sample processing,and GC-ECD was chosen as detecting technique,developing a rapid method to determine 8 pyrethiod pesticides in milk.Results are as followed:the method showed good recoveries(range from65.09 % to 100.02%) and repeatability(RSD from 2.96% to 11.64%) for all compounds,with detection limits ranging from 0.001mg/kg to 0.008mg/kg,which met the detection requirements of pesticide residues in food.The method is simple,fast,safe and can be used to analyze pyrethoid pesticide residues of milk.
