Lead-free piezoelectric ceramics Li0.06(K0.5Na0.5)0.94NbO3+xMgO(LKNNMx) were prepared by conventional sintering technique,the influences of sintering temperature and MgO doping contents on the crystalline structure and performances of LKNNMx ceramics were investigated.The results revealed that MgO significantly promotes the sinterability of LKNNMx ceramics.The densification sintering temperature of LKNNMx ceramics decreased as the MgO doping contents increasing.LKNNM0.001 ceramics have the highest relative density of 90% when sintering at 1060 ℃,and LKNNM0.015 ceramics have the highest relative density of 92% when sintering temperature is 1000 ℃.Both the optimized sintering temperature and the MgO contents maintenance preferable piezoelectric properties.
