Progress of the Application of High Loading-and Maintenance-dose Clopidogrel in Acute Coronary Syndrome

As a new kind of antiplalete medicine,clopidogrel has been widely used in clinical practice,especially in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Many studies confirm its positive effects on acute coronary syndrome.The application of high loading-and maintenance-dose clopidogrel is attracting more and more attention.In this article,we reviewed the efficacy and security of high loading-and maintenance-dose clopidogrel in acute coronary syndrome.
