The article summarized condition,existing questions and countermeasures of fertilizer utilization.Fertilizer has an important role in agricultural production and yield increasing.There were many problems in fertilizer using process,such as fertilizer effect descending,environment pollution caused by unreasonable and undue fertilizer and scientific experiments,researches,demonstration lackness,and so on.Therefore,it is important to insist on combining of organic and chemical fertilizer,and increase applying organic fertilizer;Strengthening the research and expansion of the scientific fertilizer application,and reducing fertilizer pollution,establishing and perfecting agricultural service expansion system,building fertilizer law and so on.
