Magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles for separating DNA from blood cells are synthesized. Magnetic nanoparticles with a silicate coating are obtained, and their physical and chemical properties are studied. The possibility of using the nanocomposites to isolate DNA from leukocytes for hematological studies is confirmed experimentally.
