摘要
The corrosion behavior of ADC12 aluminum alloy welded joint using tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding in 3.5 wt % NaCl solution was studied by electrochemical testing and surface technologies. The findings showed that the corrosion resistance of welded joint was larger than that of ADC12 aluminum alloy at the beginning, which could be attributed to the refinement and uniform distribution of grains. At the later stage of soaking, the corrosion resistance of ADC12 aluminum alloy increased, while the corrosion resistance of welded joint decreased. Welded joint was subject to uniformly corroded, while ADC12 aluminum alloy was subject to pitting corrosion.
