Keeping an Eye on the Mirror: Image and Identity in Organizational Adaptation*

Abstract The homelessness problem is perhaps a blight on that professionalism that we like to display, and that we are so proud of, and I think this is of great concern there. Again, there may be some conflicting issues on spending money to help solve the problem, but I think that’s a value. We build beautiful facilities, we take pride in that, and the homelessness issue is something that obviously affects the perceptions of us.
