摘要
The rapid development of highly integrated electronic devices urgently requires multifunctional materials with outstanding electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding performance. Herein, an integrated three-dimensional (3D) carbon framework is fabricated by encapsulating nickel nanoparticles into N-doped carbon nanotubes in situ grown in carbonized wood (Ni@NCNT-CW). The obtained Ni@NCNT-CW possesses ultra-efficient EMI shielding performance of 83.24 dB at X-band because of the synergetic interaction of the integrated hierarchically porous structure and consecutively conductive path. Simultaneously, the Ni@NCNT-CW exhibits self-extinguishing and excellent joule heating performance. This work highlights the great potentials of this facile strategy for in-situ preparation of cost-effectively integrated carbon framework based on natural wood for efficient EMI shielding and electrothermal conversion.
