In the January 19, 1993 issue of the Federal Register (FR Doc. 93-1169) (58 FR 5215), we updated the rules concerning requirements of the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA). We have identified an error in the text of the regulations and we are correcting it in this notice.
