摘要
Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a chronic gastrointestinal disorder characterized by oxidative stress, impaired antioxidant defense, and gut microbiota dysbiosis. Despite advances in treatment, current therapies remain limited by insufficient efficacy and systemic side effects. Here, we developed a multifunctional nanoplatform (BG/SOD@ZIF-zc) by encapsulating superoxide dismutase (SOD) within Cu-doped ZIF-zc and coating it with bacterial ghosts for targeted delivery. This system preserved enzymatic activity under gastrointestinal conditions, scavenged reactive oxygen species, and optimized the relative composition of gut microbiota. In zebrafish models, BG/SOD@ZIF-zc alleviated intestinal inflammation, restored antioxidant enzyme activity, reduced lipid peroxidation, and improved anxiety-like behavior. These findings highlight a dual-action strategy integrating antioxidant reinforcement and microbiota regulation, offering a promising therapeutic avenue for IBD.
