Global stability and asymptotic behavior for the Moffatt’s magnetic relaxation equations

In this paper, we study the nonlinear stability of global smooth solutions to the non-resistive magnetic relaxation equations (MREs) on the periodic domains [Formula: see text] with [Formula: see text], when the steady state satisfies the Diophantine condition. The large-time behavior and the decay rates of the solutions are also obtained.
