Detection of immunocytes and cytokines in patients with benzene-induced aplastic anemia

Objective To explore the pathogenesis of benzene-induced aplastic anemia. Methods The serum concentrations of TNF,sIL-2,sIL-3 and sIL-2R were detected with ELISA and T sub-clusters were analyzed with flow cytometry of 100 patients with benzene-induced aplastic anemia.Results Serum concentrations of TNF and sIL-2 in patients with benzene-induced aplastic anemia were significantly elevated and the sIL-3 and sIL-2R were declined.The ratio of T sub-cluster was abnormal.Conclusion The immunologic function of the patients with benzene-induced aplastic anemia is abnormal.
