Inspiration on adjustment of compensation budget for school relocation in TGP reservoir area

In term of the main issues such as less compensation funds,the long-term relocation and high investment existed in the process of school relocation in the TGP Area,through the site investigation on the schools,the adjustment principles,contents and methods of compensation budget for school relocation in the reservoir area were drawn up from the aspects of implementing people-oriented concept,carrying out the scientific development concept,giving priority to education,building a harmonious society and others.After analyzing the results of budget adjustment,we consider that the compensation investment budget should be laid on the basis of submerged materials index,and adjusting the proportion of teaching house appropriately;and the continuity of relocation compensation policy should be considered to make more reasonable compensation investment from the actual situations of school relocation of the reservoir area.
