Oxiracetam Joint Evaluation of Edaravone on Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of oxiracetam United edaravone for acute cerebral infarction.Methods: 132 cases of acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group patients with the oxiracetam joint edaravone treatment,the control group were treated with edaravone treatment,two groups of patients before and after treatment NIHSS score,Barthel index,clinical efficacy,and infarct area were compared.Results: The experimental group patients receiving 2 cycles of treatment NIHSS score,Barthel Index than the control group(P0.05);experimental group patients were cured and markedly the number of cases to 55 cases and 9 cases than the control group,eight cases and 8 cases(P 0.05;experimental group patients treated infarct size 7.21 ± 4.32cm2,significantly better than the control group 14.32 ± 5.49 cm2.Conclusion: For patients with acute cerebral infarction oxiracetam United edaravone Upon treatment,can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with lower disability rates,improved patient outcomes.
