摘要
The mechanical and optical properties of waterborne UV wood coatings were studied by using nano-titanium dioxide(Ti O2) as the modified additive and laminated wood panel with thin veneer as the basic materials. And the properties were compared with different addition of Ti O2 by the blending method. The results showed that when the addition of nano-Ti O2 was 0.1g, the wear resistance of coating was the best, the adhesive force up to grade 1 and hardness of 5H, which were better than that of unmodified coating. The horizontal and grain glosses were up to 33% and the optical performance is also consistent with the trend of the sub- optical development of furniture coatings. This study expands the application of waterborne UV composite coatings in industrialization.
