Qualitative Analysis for Predator-Prey System with Nonlinear Saturated Functional Response

Qualitative behavior for predator-prey systems with nonlinear saturated func- tional response was studied.It was obtained that the system is globally asymptotically stable if positive equilibrium point is stable and has a unique stable limit cycle if positive equilibrium point is unstable.
