STUDIES ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF THE CULTIVATED CISTANCHE DESERTICOLA Y.C.MA

To study the chemical constituents from the cultivated Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma and amend the extract technology of phenylethanoid glycosides from Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma,seven compounds were isolated and identified by physiochemical and spectral analysis to be:D-mannitol(1),β-sitosterol(2),betaine(3),echinacoside(4),cistanoside A(5),acteoside(6)and 2′-acetylacteoside(7).The result showes that the major chemical constituents between cultivated Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma and wild Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma are the same.
