The electric, frictional and wear properties of the brush-slip ring based on theAg- Ta- MoS2 - graphite is investigated after it was st ored under humid hot environment to meet the technical requirement of the derotary antenna of artificial earthsatellite. The result shows that after it was stored in humid hot environemnt, thecontact resistance and electric noise of the Ag- Ta- MoS2 - graphit e brush materi al aresomewhat increased. However, the original resistance and electric noise is recoveredafter 10 min's operation which indicates.that the brush material has high anti-humidhotness property. On the other hand, the brush material has superperformance oftribology when it is coupled with coin-silver ring, so that it may be used in practice.
