Vestigation of Anti-tumor Effects and Survival Impact of Dark Plum-Schisandra Compound on H22 Tumor-bearing Mice

Objective:To evaluate the effects of dark plum-Schisandra compound on inhibiting transplanted tumor growth and prolonging their survival time in mice with transplanted tumor H22 cells.Methods:1.To evaluate the effect on inhibiting transplanted tumor growth,mice which had got transplanted tumor H22 were randomly divided into negative control group,positive control group(5-FU),water extracts of dark plum-Schisandra compound group,ethanol extracts of dark plum-Schisandra compound group,super minute squashing extracts of dark plum-Schisandra compound group.The antitumor activity of each group was evaluated by tumor inhibitory ratio.2.To evaluate the effect on life prolonging rate,use the same way to make subcutaneous tumor model mice.Modeling mice were randomly divided into negative control group,positive control group(5-FU),super minute squashing extracts of dark plum-Schisandra compound group.Survival time of each group was evaluated.Results:(1)The tumor inhibitory rate was 27.08% in water extracts of dark plum-Schisandra compound group(P0.05),33.05% in ethanol extracts of dark plum-Schisandra compound group(P0.05),34.44% in super minute squashing extracts of dark plum-Schisandra compound group(P0.05).2.The life prolonging rate of super minute squashing extracts of dark plum-Schisandra compound group is 27.6%(P0.05).Conclusion:Ethanol extracts of dark plum-Schisandra compound group and super minute squashing extracts of dark plum-Schisandra compound group can inhibit the growth of transplanted tumor.Super minute squashing extracts of dark plum-Schisandra compound group can prolong the survival time significantly.
