Isolation and identification of defatted rice bran hemicellulose C

Rice bran hemicellulose C was isolated from defatted rice bran. Its sugar composition was comprised of arabinose, xylose, glucose and galactose with a proportion of 14.5%∶61.2%∶11.7%∶12.7%.The amino acid composition of its glycoproteins was quite different from that of free rice bran protein. The molecule weight of hemicellulose B mainly comprised 396000 and 253000Da.
