Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Pancreatic Cancer

To the Editor The Invited Commentary on the study by Perri et al1 says that “larger and prospective trials…are required to inform management strategies and to improve patient outcomes”2 for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma yet fails to mention the large existing evidence base.
