摘要
ABSTRACT Lanthanide Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) X‐ray scintillators exhibit significant potential as key materials for the manufacturing of flexible devices intended for low‐dose X‐ray detection and high‐resolution imaging. In this work, two novel terbium(III)‐based lanthanide MOFs X‐ray scintillators, {[Tb 2 (THBA)(H 2 O) 4 ]·H 2 O} n (Tb‐MOF 1 ) and {[Tb 2 (THBA)DMF]} n (Tb‐MOF 2 ) were successfully synthesized and characterized, which display high photoluminescence quantum yields (66.34% and 71.23%), light yields of 9142 and 26428 photons MeV −1 based on CsI:Tl, and ultra‐low dose X‐ray detection limits of 23.48 and 6.74 nGy s −1 for Tb‐MOF 1 and 2 , respectively. Tb‐MOF 1 and 2 can maintain over 90% of their scintillation performance up to 373 K, indicating that they are rare thermo‐adaptive X‐ray scintillators (TAXS). Moreover, flexible film devices based on Tb‐MOF 1 and 2 exhibit high‐resolution (up to 20 lp mm −1 ) imaging capabilities, making them excellent candidates for ultra‐low dose X‐ray detection and high‐resolution imaging applications.
