摘要
ABSTRACT With the emergence of multi‐band radar and multi‐spectral detection methods, single‐band stealth materials can no longer meet concealment requirements in complex electromagnetic environments. Due to differences in the electromagnetic properties between the terahertz (THz) and infrared (IR) bands, achieving compatible stealth in these two bands is a challenge. In this work, we propose a multilayer integrated strategy to design and fabricate THz‐IR compatible stealth film based on carbon‐ceramic microsphere materials (CCMF). By using gradient dielectric structure, excellent impedance matching and electromagnetic loss are achieved within broadband. Experimental results show that the film exhibits an absorption higher than 99.6% within the range of 0.11–3.50 THz, and an effective absorption bandwidth of 3.39 THz. Moreover, it demonstrates good stability across a wide temperature range from −20°C to 200°C for different polarization. When the temperature of the substrate is 200°C, the surface temperature of the film is 80°C lower than that of the substrate. Therefore, it significantly enhances infrared stealth performance while also providing certain flame‐retardant capability. This study presents a novel solution for constructing THz‐IR compatible stealth materials, demonstrating significant potential for applications in multi‐band compatible stealth materials.
