The photodetector constructed based on the high-crystallinity CsPbBr 3 nanobelts exhibits excellent performance, with a responsivity of 100.72 A W −1 , a detectivity of 6.01 × 10 13 Jones, and an external quantum efficiency of 3.34 × 10 4 %, respectively.
