摘要
Background
This study aims to explore the clinical therapeutic effects of mosapride citrate dispersible tablets combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia (FD) in the elderly. Methods
149 patients with FD admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to different medication regimes. Among them, 74 patients treated with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets alone were set as the control group, and the remaining 75 patients were set as the observation group, who were treated with both mosapride citrate dispersible tablets and flupentixol and melitracen tablets. The efficacy rate, recurrence rate, and level of side reactions were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment. Results
After 4 weeks of treatment, the total efficacy rates of the control group and observation group were 83.78% and 96.00%, respectively. While the efficacy rate of the control group was far from satisfactory compared with that of the observation group (P < 0.05), the recurrence rates of the observation group at 1, 3, and 6 months after treatment were 8.00%, 17.33%, and 24.00%, respectively; while those of the control group were 9.46%, 21.62%, and 41.89%, respectively. The difference in recurrence rate between the two groups was statistically significant after 6 months of treatment (P < 0.05); no side reactions related to medications were observed in both groups. Conclusions
The treatment of mosapride citrate dispersible tablets combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets for FD patients have ideal efficacy effects, a lower recurrence rate in long-term observation, and the patient has no obvious symptoms of adverse events, the profound clinical treatment value of popularization.
