Lenalidomide-induced severe hepatotoxicity

To the editor: Immunomodulatory drugs like thalidomide and lenalidomide are being increasingly used for the treatment of patients with multiple myeloma and myelodysplastic syndromes. In contrast to thalidomide, which undergoes nonenzymatic hydrolysis in the plasma, approximately two-thirds of
