摘要
The surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensors were exhibited good accuracy for the detection of fibrinogen from clinical samples. The fibrinogen imprinted SPR biosensors were prepared for monitoring fibrinogen levels in human plasma using a microcontact imprinting method. Satisfactory reusability and acceptable stability were demonstrated.
