【Objective】 Exploitation a sort of biodegradable intestinal anastomose stent to used operate intestinal anastomosis of dog;observe the manipuility and the ability of prevent the complications about the biodegradable intestinal anastomose stent.【Methods】 Dogs were divided into experimental group and control group,the control group use the method of handiwork suture to anastomose full-thickness bowel,and the experimental group use the method of operate the anastomat to anastomose full-thickness bowel after anesthesia,postoperative 7 and 14 days,put to death the dogs in batch,survey anastomotic bursting pressure,anastomotic circumference,intestinal circumference,anastomotic hydroxyproline.【Results】 the anastomotic bursting pressure,hydroxyproline content and other observational data of the experimental group are better than the control group,anastomotic circumference and intestinal circumference were no different in two groups.【Conclusion】 Operated the anastomose stent is simple,fast,safe,can prevent and reduce anastomotic complications effectively,it is worth to lucubrate.
