Synthesis,isolation and characterization of sucralose and the intermediate

There is disclosed a process for preparing sucralose by using monogroup protection. Sucralose and its intermediate sucrose-6-ester and sucralose-6-ester was isolated by column chromatograph and qualitative analyzed by thin layer chromatograph. The structure of sucralose and its intermediate was determined by IR and MS. Testified the validity of the primary functional group and molecular weight.
