An Issue on Legal Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage

Many disputes of legal protection of intangible cultural heritage cause hot discussion recently in China.This article takes a review to the progress of legal protection of intangible cultural heritage all over the world,analyzes several issues of legal protection of intangible cultural heritage in China and,finally brings forward a suggestion and countermeasures to perfect Chinese legal protection system of intangible cultural heritage.
